Located on Marie's Road near the Washingotn Dulles International Airport the structure is less than one-year-old and is leased in its entirety to indoor entertainment company Allsports Grand Prix. The popular 10-acre park sits just behind Loudoun Tech Center and is home to other tenants such as indoor rock climbing facility, software developer Inline Corporation and Italian furniture and home systems distributor DAR International Furniture.
