He currently has all three of his properties on the market for a total of $17.6 million. He's asking $11.5 million, or $1,476 per sf, for an eight-bedroom, 10-bath "log chalet" in Bachelor Gulch, which he purchased in December 2000 for $8.4 million. He's listing a two-acre lot next door for $4.75 million, $750,00 more than $4 million he paid in May 2001. Finally, in Beaver Creek he's listing a 2,300-sf condominium for $1.375 million, $50,000 more than he paid in January 2001.
Reportedly, he's already turned down a low-ball bid for the condo.
