LoJack Corporation, a developer and marketer of stolen vehicle recovery technology, has leased 9,700 sf and ABM Janitorial Services, the largest division of the facilities services contractor ABM Industries, has leased 4,800 sf. Thomas Powers and J.P. Plunkett of Cushman & Wakefield represented Vazza Companies while Taryn Wilson of Grubb & Ellis and James Elcock of Meredith & Grew represented LoJack Corporation. Matthew George of Lincoln Property Company represented ABM Janitorial Services.
The building is located at the University Avenue interchange where there is a Route 95 ramp currently under construction. Among the building's tenants are Carrier Corp., Square D and Hadco.
