When completed, Independence Plaza II, located on Route 35, will be a three-story class A office building that has been designed to accommodate the needs of Markel Insurance Co.'s Property and Casualty Division, and for its Underwriting Managers Inc.
The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide, based in woodbridge, NJ, had earlier arranged the lease transaction for Markle Insurance Co. The identity of the owner was not disclosed.
