Arman Aransen was the only looker to get really serious in the six months that the 4,500-sf building at 109 W. Randol Mill Rd. was on the market, Gary Walker of SCM Real Estate Services in Arlington tells GlobeSt.com. The asking price was $315,000.
Aransen's plan is to occupy three-fourths of the 18-year-old building. Longtime realtor Stan Agee will be the only tenant to remain in the building once Aransen puts his plan to work.
Marcus Finley of Keller Williams brokered for the buyer. Walker and Theron Bryant, also with SCM Real Estate, negotiated the sale for WW Partners, a family-owned entity from Arlington. The seller has placed the proceeds into a 1031 Exchange coffer, but the acquisition property has yet to be identified, Walker says.
