Broadstone at Stanford Ranch will be a 186-unit gated luxury multifamily community at 2301 Sunset Blvd. The development will include 13 two-story buildings with detached garages and covered parking. In addition, the complex will include a 4,000-sf clubhouse, a business center, a conference room and a fitness center.
Alliance Residential purchased the 11.52-acre site from the Catholic Diocese of Sacramento. Bill Ayers of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the transaction. Todd & Associates is the architect for the project and Alliance Residential Builders is the contractor.
According to sources, Rocklin has enjoyed a steady 5% annual growth rate that has drawn not only residential developers to the area but also businesses, private schools, hotels and movie theaters.
