In West Chicago, Lincoln Logistics LLC is subleasing 67,240 sf at 1700 Downs Dr. from Midwest Hardwood Corp. Paine/Wetzel · ONCOR International senior vice presidents Donald S. Jaffe and William J. Kerrins represented Midwest Hardwood Corp.
In other deals handled by Paine/Wetzel · ONCOR brokers, Virginia Tile Co. has expanded its lease to 20,000 sf at 969 AEC Dr. in Wood Dale, Precision Value Corp. leased 15,392 sf at 1385 E.
