Samuel P. Moore, principal at Dallas' Clover Partners, is now part of Staubach's board of directors. "I am confident that his tremendous experience and leadership in the financial field will be invaluable," Roger Staubach, president and CEO, said in a press release.Moore has 30 years' experience with Goldman Sachs & Co., retiring in 1999 as vice president of the investment management division.
Crescent Real Estate Equities Co. in Fort Worth has just promoted Joe E. Dobbs to regional vice president of property management in the Dallas region. He will oversee a 37-property portfolio, totaling more than 16 million sf, in six states. Dobbs, a 29-year professional, previously was vice president of property management for Dallas properties.
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler hired Mark E. West as a director to originate debt and equity transactions in the Southwest US. Most recently, he was a vice president for Minneapolis-based NorthMarq Capital's Dallas office.
In the last three years, West logged more than $200 million in done deals, focusing on multi-tenant office building transactions and credit tenant properties. He will be part of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Dallas team.
At Dallas-based FirstWorthing, Cindy Harris is on board as vice president of development. She previously held that position for Post Properties Inc. She will oversee new projects plus managed an existing portfolio.
Also at FirstWorthing, Yvette George was named regional manager of student housing. She will be based in Dallas, but her territory is the Eastern region. Prior to joining FirstWorthing, she was a regional manager for JPI, headquartered in Irving.
