Shropshire was previously executive vice president, chief financial officer, secretary, treasurer and director of Charlotte-based Dyersburg Corp.
Prior to that, he was senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Houston, TX-based Charter Bancshares. He is a certified public accountant.
