Located at 5725 West Las Positas, the building is the former Hewlett-Packard facility. Nearon Enterprises of Danville purchase the building in 2001 and then repositioned as medical office space.
The asking rate for the space was $2.60 per sf. The lease deal was brokered by John Hone and Paul Sheehan of Cornish & Carey Commercial.
