Mullin joined the firm in 1991. He has handled such high-profile deals as a 300,000-sf lease for Pillowtex in Los Angeles, and 100,000-sf deals for Sharp Electronics in Dallas and GTE in Las Colinas. He handles agency leasing for Bank of America Plaza, negotiating more than 300,000 sf of office leases in the last 18 months.
"This promotion," Mullin says in press release, "would not have occurred without the collaboration of my business partners and colleagues at C&W."
Hall Financial Group promoted Rebecca Davis, a six-year employee, to project coordinator. She will assist in closings of mortgage loans, mezzanine transactions and equity investments. She was the executive assistant for Donald Braun, Hall Financial's president.
