The building is the fourth build-to-suit Catellus has done for APL Logistics in the last four years, including at Internationale Centre West. Other tenants in the 130-acre business park, which ultimately will have 2 million sf of leasable space, include Gillette Co. and Hellermann Tyton.

Although terms were not revealed, industrial lease rates in the area range from $3.50 oer sf to $7 per sf, which would make the deal worth $6 million to $12 million.

Catellus also has 6.4 million sf in its Internationale Centre in Woodridge, with plans to ultimately build 10 million sf.
