HSA Commercial assistant vice president Dennis Salinas represented Urban Investment Research Corp., whose 255,000-sf building is on 12 acres in the Stevenson Industrial Corridor, while Epic/Savage represented Rapid Displays.
The city also is issuing a $3-million industrial development revenue bond to help finance the build-out of a bulk manufacturing facility at 2201 W. Campbell Park Dr., where Texas-based Genomics will manufacture microarrays, which are used to view DNA.
