Spine Injury Center Puts Down Roots in Aurora

AURORA, CO-The chiropractic, physical therapy and massage care facility takes 19,165 sf at I-225 Plaza at 1600 S. Abilene St., an asset owned by Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Inc.

David Fried and Matthew DeBartolomeis of First Industrial Realty Inc. assisted Spine and Injury Centers with the lease, which is at a First Industrial-owned property.

Chicago-based First Industrial, is the nation's largest provider and manager of diversified industrial real estate, currently owns, operates and manages 84 million sf, including 5 million sf in Colorado.
