The space includes a footprint of 33,000 sf Elite Aluminum plans to lease back for one more year, Christopher Gallagher, an associate with the Palm Beach County office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., says in a prepared statement.
After the year, the new owners plan to lease the space to another tenant. Gallagher and CBRE senior vice president Harry Tangalakis negotiated for Elite Aluminum.
Daniel DuCharme of the Fitzgerald Group Inc., Fort Lauderdale, represented the buyers.
