With 22 years in the field, Caligiuri's main responsibility will be growing Crow's corporate tenant representation roster in Central Florida, the company says in a prepared statement. In 2001, Crow completed 4.5 million sf of tenant rep deals in Florida.
Besides CNL, Caligiuri has worked with headquarters locations for Equity Office Properties, Highwods Properties Inc., Cousins Properties Inc., Hines Properties Inc. and Lincoln Properties Inc. He was also a top sales producer for Toshiba Medical Systems, Virtual Office Solutions and Xerox Corp.
Caligiuri holds a bachelor of science degree in journalism from the University of Florida.
