The terms of the lease will provide Netegrity with necessary long-term growth within the building. Anne Columbia of The Columbia Group, who represented Netegrity in the transaction, says the willingness of owner Boston Properties to accommodate that need convinced Netegrity to take the space. She adds that the site "provides a very pleasant environment for employees in a highly cost effective way. They liked the site, they liked the economics of the lease transaction, and they liked the owner."
David Campbell, John Boyle, and Brian Hines of Trammell Crow Company represented Boston Properties in the transaction.
The six-story building that comprises is located at the intersection of Routes 128 and 20. Among its features are a full-service café, a fitness facility and covered parking. Boston Properties provides on-site management.
