The five-story 160,000-sf office building is located in Edgewater Office Park, a seven-building property located directly off Route 128. Among its features are covered parking, a cafeteria and 24-hour card access. The company is moving from 107 Audubon Road and occupancy is scheduled for mid-October.
Daniels attributes the deal to the combination of a "focused tenant" and a proactive owner. John Carnevale, president and CEO of Sentinel Benefits Group, Inc. adds "I believe that our physical relocation and new floor plan will better enable individual and team-based creativity to surface and flourish at Sentinel.
