Woodside Bible Church will be 97,000 sf in its first phase, with an expansion area that would allow another 50,000 sf. The second phase would have to be brought up for council approval when developed later.

Two separate condo complexes are planned, one labeled as urban (84 units in 14 buildings) and one as suburban (86 units in 22 buildings). The urban condos will have six homes to a building, and the suburban condos will have fewer homes per building. There will be 170 condominium units, in an area to be known as Northwyck along Rochester Road, when the project is completed.

Cost of the development has not been released.
