LONDON-Shaftesbury has sold its investments on London's Southbank near the National Theatre for pounds 16 million ($24.9 million).
The sale price is 15% above book value and includes freeholds on 67,000 sq ft of offices and storage, a 3,000 sq ft pub and a covered car park.
The investments generate £1.3 million ($2 million) income a year.
