Virginia Beach, VA-based Divaris Real Estate was assigned to dispose of the properties, which represented more than 1.5 million sf in diverse markets from upstate New York to Alabama. Just eight of the properties remain for sale or lease.
Divaris leased and managed the Whitehall property for Bluebell, PA-based owner Metro Commercial. Sandy Cohen, chief operating officer of Divaris, represented the seller in this transaction.
