DENVER-Kevin P. Foley, a local leasing veteran, is put in charge of leasing the largest US office REIT's 4.2-million-sf, 14 property portfolio Downtown and in the Denver Technological Center.
Foley, 39, previously served as a leasing representative for Equity Office's Denver region since April 1995. Prior to that, he spent seven years as a property manager with the Frederick Ross Co. in Denver, where he managed offices owned by a variety of institutional investors
