The new office is in the 340 North Belt, a two-story, 114,891-sf building at 340 N. Sam Houston Parkway East. It is currently 70% leased. The quoted rate runs $12.50 per sf.
In the Energy Corridor, Entrust Inc. leased 14,027 sf of office space at 14701 St. Mary's Lane near Dairy Ashford Road and Interstate 10. Randy Wilhelm of Houston's NAI Partners Commercial Realty LP represented the tenant. Entrust is a Dallas-based Internet security provider. Mike Martin and Wade Bowlin, both of CMD Realty Investors LP, represented the building owner, CMD Properties Inc.
