"This transaction ensures that Double Envelope and Convertagraphics will maintain their presence in the Roanoke Valley well into the next decade," Autumn Investments COO D. Trevor Winters says. "As a part of this transaction we will bring to market a previously undeveloped two-acre parcel of raw land that fronts Plantation and Hitech roads less than one half mile from Interstate 81."
Autumn is marketing the property for lease or sale. BSC plans to use the profits to reduce debt and will also reinvest some of the money into its subsidiaries.
