An IRE spokesperson said: "The interest inStanley Dock has been fantastic in the last month but despite rumours in thepress that a definite offer has been put forward, we can confirm that as yetthis has not happened."
Stanley Dock is oneof the last major examples of unrefurbished Victorian dockside warehousingavailable in Western Europe. The city council sees it as one of the key sites in the regeneration of Liverpool's waterfront, along with the adjoining Central Docks site and Princes Quay.
