Leasing at the $355-million project reached 995,000 sf with Citadel Investment Group, LLC expanding its lease to 274,000 sf by taking two more floors. Bank One is the largest tenant at the building with 617,810 sf.

Before Fifield Cos., Bucheleres made stops at CB Richard Ellis, KOLL Management Services, The John Buck Company, and BCE Development Properties, Inc. "His reputation and successful track record will be an asset to this and future projects," says The Beitler Co. president J. Paul Beitler in a statement.

The building at 555 W. Monroe St. is the new headquarters for Quaker Oats, who took the remaining space prior to its completion.
