Joshua Michael MacNamara was named senior vice president of corporate services for Henry S. Miller Commercial. The Dallas native most recently was director of real estate for Blockbuster. He is returning from a stint in New York City, during which he also worked with Newmark & Co. and Murray Hill Properties TCN. One of his assignments was the branding and leasing of Silicon Alley, a cluster of technology and financial buildings in lower Manhattan.

Mark A. Solls starts Sept. 30 as executive vice president and general counsel for Wyndham International Inc. in Dallas. He replaces Carla S. Moreland, who resigned last year to enter private practice. Solls, a 20-year attorney, is tasked with responsibility for all legal affairs, including acquisitions, dispositions and strategic direction. Solls was general counsel and vice president for Dal-Tile International Inc.

Fred J. Kleisner, president and CEO, says Solls' hiring opens the door for a "major cost efficiencies program...that will strengthen our in-house legal department, reducing the need for outside legal assistance."

Mohr Partners hired Greg Lance as a senior broker for leasing and build-to-suit programs for national corporations. Lance, a top producer, spent the last three years with Cawley International, achieving a "heavy hitter" status in 2000 and landing a 14th place on the 2001 Top Broker list. His transactions volume spans 44 cities accounting for more 750,000 sf in deals valued in excess of $75.5 million.
