In the larger of the two transactions OM (US), a transaction technology provider, has taken 24,989 sf of space. BrokerTec Global LLC, an electronic inter-dealer broker of fixed income securities, meanwhile, has signed up for another 19,231 sf.
Seena Stein, principal, and associate director Hope Brodsky of Newmark Real Estate of New Jersey's Rutherford office teamed up with Neil J. Goldmacher, principal of Newmark & Co. Real Estate in New York, to arrange the transactions on behalf of the tenants. Lee Martino of the Connell Corp. represented the building owner.
Connell Corporate Center II is part of the four-building Connell Corporate Center, which totals just over 1.1 million sf of office space, with the oldest building dating to 1987. Buildings V and VI are projected to add another 457,000 sf to the Union County office market in the future.
