Camp, a former vice president with Lowe Enterprises, will be based in Voit's Newport Beach office and will be responsible for locating development and acquisition opportunities in Orange County, the Inland Empire and Southeast Los Angeles, including the South Bay and Mid-Counties markets.
At Lowe, Camp was a vice president responsible for new business development, project feasibility analysis, underwriting, and development and acquisitions for the entire southwest region. Before Lowe, he worked for Koll Cornerstone and Burke Commercial Development.
Voit Development Co. is part of The Voit Companies, which was founded in 1971 and has developed more than 7 million sf of commercial space. Robert D. Voit, president of the Voit Cos., said the company was looking for a development executive to take projects from conception to completion.
Voit is currently developing projects including Voit Brea Business Park, the Marvin Braude San Fernando Valley Constituent Service Center and the Burbank Airport Commerce Center.
