It gets its name because it will be built along Cherry Creek, above a concrete jogging path.
Units will be priced from the $200,000s to the $400,000s. They'll range in size from 620 sf to 1,250 sf. They'll be ready for occupancy next year.
Mark Smith, principal of East West, says 50% of the people who walk in their doors can't afford to buy at Riverfront.

When completed, the three-phase Creekside will have a value of about $60 million.
The four-story building, designed by Oz Architecture, "will have a little more pedestrian feel," than the first three buildings, Smith tells GlobeSt.com.
