WRH Fortune Ltd. of Orlando was the seller. The tract is on U.S. 192 between Interstate 4 and State Road 535, near Disney's Magic Kingdom site and other Disney attractions.

Church officials couldn't be reached to learn what they plan to do with the property. Margery Johnson of Cushman & Wakefield's Orlando office represented the seller.
