Robert Bowman and Jonathan Glick, vice presidents of Sheldon Gross Realty, West Orange, NJ, represented the tenant in the transaction. Joshua Adler and Matthew Adler of Adler Development, spoke for the owner of the property, Kennedy Montrose LLC.
"Able Labs has obtained a number of new patents and FDA approvals, which led to its need for this new warehouse space," according to Bowman. "The high visibility and curb appeal of 600 Montrose led to their decision."
In addition to one new drug application approval, Able Labs has received 13 abbreviated new drug application approvals and has several other approvals pending, according to Bowman.
