Keeton Construction is building the one-story project for the Chamber of Commerce. The facility is rising on a ¾-acre site at 26790 Ynez Court in Temecula. Design plans call for a wood-framed, 5,910-sf building with faux finished precast columns at the covered entrances, as well as a decorative concrete courtyard at the main entrance. In addition, a 30-space parking lot is being constructed adjacent to the property. The facility's interior will consist of administrative offices, a reception area, conference rooms, restrooms and a kitchen. Interior design elements will include acoustical ceilings, granite countertops and carpet, vinyl and ceramic tile flooring.
Schafer Development Group is the project's architect and Alhambra Group is the landscape architect. Don Fitzpatrick is working as the project manager for Keeton Construction and Rich Brandt is serving as the onsite superintendent.
