Wilson, who originally joined the company in 1977 as a sales associate in Seattle, will oversee the office he helped to open in 1982, along with 12 others.

During his 20-year tenure with CB, Wilson was responsible for the leasing and sales of several premier office projects including, Bellevue Place, Plaza Center, The Plaza at Yarrow Bay and Corporate Campus East. He negotiated transactions with companies such as Microsoft, Seafirst Bank, IBM, 3M, Sun Microsystems, US West, Apple Computer and AT&T.

Wilson received several awards and accolades during his tenure at CB including, SOIR's (Society of Office and Industrial Realtors) "Broker of the Year" award and was twice named to CB's "Colbert Coldwell Circle," awarded to the company's elite salespeople (top 2%).

In 1997, Wilson left CB to expand the services of FEI, a full service real estate company focused on acquisition, development, and leasing of office properties on the Eastside and throughout the Puget Sound region. Under his direction, FEI handled several large transactions including Overlake Business Park, Liberty Northwest Center I & II and North Creek Place I & II.
