The seller was Florence/BV Cox Creek, a limited liability partnership formed by GBT Realty Corp. of Brentwood, TN.

The center is 100% occupied. Anchors are Best Buy, Michael's, Pier One Imports, Linens 'n Things, and Dick's Sporting Goods. Other tenants are Fashion bug, Hallmark, Cost Cutters, and Sally's Beauty Supply.

A Sam's Club and Target store are among four developed outparcels that are adjacent to the center, but not part of the transaction. The center is located on the north side of Cox Creek Parkway across from Regency Square Mall.

Lou Quillici, vice president of acquisitions for Inland, and outside counsel Charles Benvenuto and Andrew Viola, represented the buyer. Gary Saykaly of Alpharetta, GA-based NewBridge Retail Advisors partnered with Craig D. Taylor of the Atlanta office of CB Richard Ellis to find the buyer.

The seller was represented by George Tomlin of GBT and attorney Kevin Walsh of locally based Hartman, Simons and Wood.
