Earth Data Holdings, an affiliate of EOS has committed to leasing 26,000 sf in the building and will begin its occupancy early next year. Space in the building had been marketed through Mackintosh Realtors Inc. at a$7.50-per-sf. McShea & Co. Inc. negotiated the lease deal, the terms of which have not been disclosed, on behalf of Earth Data.
Situated on a 3.5-acre parcel of land near the intersection of I-270 and Route 85, the flex space building was constructed three years ago in the 68-acre Omega Center Park. The industrial Park itself is a decade-old development endeavor of Obrecht & Son's, and has a buildout capacity of 900,000 sf among 12 structures.
