Another 30,000-sf warehouse is also part of the company's assets, for which Building 19 already holds a lease.
Jerry Ellis, CEO of Building 19 tells GlobeSt.com that his company will continue to operate the location as a retail store, renaming it Spag's 19. He says the transaction came about after Spag's had consolidated its business into its main building and was looking to sublease the rest of its space. "They approached us," says Ellis, "and one thing led to another." Financial details have not been released.
Ellis notes that all Spag's employees are staying on. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
