A Menards store anchors Northgate Plaza, which includes a tenant roster with Red Wing Shoes, Ultimate Spa, Los Sombreros, Allstate, Harlem Furniture and Lavassa Coffee Shop. The center at I-355 and North Avenue was built in 1991 and was sold by Prime Retail, Inc. in May 2001 for $7.1 million.
In an unrelated deal in Western Springs, Tuesday Morning has leased 13,268 sf at Garden Market Shopping Center at 47th Street and Willow Springs Road. Patrick Owens of Staubach Co.'s retail services group office represented Tuesday Morning while Marget Arthur of Mid-America Real Estate represented the shopping center owner.
