Shabang Exhibits Inc. signed a five-year lease for the spot, which will double as headquarters and warehouse, Cary Krier, vice president of Dallas-based Bradford Cos., tells GlobeSt.com. The deal means a sizable expansion for the trade show producer and 100% occupancy for 4002 Miller Rd., one of two buildings in the 416,000-sf development. Dave Rouble of NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell represented the tenant, which supplies trade shows from design through delivery in a variety of services.

Bradford, the building owner, backfilled the space within four months of the previous tenant, Union Electric, going out of business. Shabang, which moved in about a week ago, relocated from 10202 Miller Rd. Krier said the Bradford building's advantage was that it offered expansion space in a newer building. The office/warehouse is four years old.
