The property is between the Cherry and Citrus off-ramps of the San Bernardino (I-10) Freeway and next to the rapidly developing Jurupa Industrial Park, according to Robert Dixon of NAI Capital Commercial, who represented the buyer. He tells GlobeSt.com that the location will be the second in Fontana for AVH Associates, which already operates an auto auction on a smaller parcel of land elsewhere in Fontana.

Dixon says the Jurupa Industrial Park is immediately to the west of the newly purchased AVH land, about seven acres of which will likely be used for the auto auction and the remainder for an auto salvage or dismantling operation.The sellers were represented by John Boyer, also of NAI Capital Commercial.
