The centre was constructed in 1976 and refurbished in 1991/1992. It is the only covered scheme in Kilmarnock and comprises 29 retail units, two stores and two floors of offices.Richard Akers, Head of Retail Portfolio Management at Land Securities, said: "This disposal is consistent with our strategy of focusing the portfolio on dominant retail locations."
