The average length of the leases is 4.6 years, according to CB Richard Ellis, which is representing the national industrial REIT. Offers will be considered for individual properties, or packages of two assets or more.

The only local property on the block is a 30,380-sf building leased to Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, which has more than three years left on its lease. The building is priced at $2.49 million.

Four properties are in the Milwaukee market, including two leased to General Electric. The 55,940-sf and 38,230-sf properties are on the block for a combined $5.8 million. A 39,468-sf property leased to ITT is being offered for $5.25 million while Graham Co., Inc. leases a 77,261-sf building that can be had for less than $3.7 million.

Seven of the properties, representing half the square footage, are in the Atlanta market.
