The development, located on the edge of Denton town centre at junction 1 of the M67, has an open A1 non-food planning consent for 212,500-sf in units from 4,000 sf upwards, with one restaurant unit and 800 car parking spaces.

Pillar development director Valentine Beresford said: "I am confident that this scheme will become Manchester's premier shopping park and wehave already received indications of interest from some of the UK's leadingretailers."
