In northwest Houston, GTECH Corp. inked a deal for 16,100 sf of industrial space at 7425 Pinemont Dr. Will Swanson with the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial bargained the terms for the tenant, which holds the Texas lottery contract. GTECH is a West Greenwich, RI-based global information technology company that specializes in high-powered processing software applications for the lottery industry. The building owner, VRS/TA/S Houston LP, was represented by Edward Bane of the Holt Cos.
