The building, which will serve as the company's new headquarters and manufacturing facility, is at 27615 Avenue Hopkinsh. Marciniak says approximately 100 people will be employed at the site, which consolidates the company's activities.
Marciniak represented Softub Inc., while Don Manning of CB Richard Ellis represented LLB Development, the property owner. Softub Inc. is a privately held company that for three consecutive years was named to INC 500's list of "America's Fastest Growing Companies". Since 1985 it has been based in Chatsworth where it operates in two buildings.
The company's new headquarters is a concrete tilt-up structure featuring 10,000 sf of office space, 24-foot clear height in the warehouse, and on-site parking for 110 cars. Marciniak said the building is strategically located just east of Interstate 5 and south of Highway 126.
