Mark Reardon, senior managing director at the Boston office of Insignia/ESG, represented the property owner, Connector Park LLC, as well as the tenant in the transaction. Reardon says that Eltech has maintained its East-Coast base of operations at Connector Park by choosing to expand its lease at this location. "Eltech has developed a strong relationship with Connector Park LLC, and felt that renewing and expanding its commitment to the facility was integral to its continued success," he notes.
Eltech renegotiated its current lease to total a seven-year lease term for all occupied space. 790-800 Chelmsford, located near Routes 3 and 495, is a one-story, 164,000-sf industrial building. Among its features are nine loading docks and 28-ft floor-to-ceiling heights.
