The rents achieved vary up to the asking price of £25 ($40) per sf. In the largest deal 9,985 sf has been leased to media software company Swords DDS. UK Time has taken 4,940 sf and Comdisco 3,210 sf. Scottish Widows recently completed a comprehensive refurbishment of 12-storey landmark building and five floors remain available to let from 3,500 to 44,250 sf at a quoting rental of £25 per sf.
