The other deals, all involving Cushman & Wakefield of Detroit brokers representing ownership, include:

• Venture Landholdings LLC, which acquired a 13,700-sf building located in Farmington Hills, MI, from John and Billie Harley. The building will be used for the corporate offices of Process Technology and Controls, a process controls solution provider. Jeffrey Lemanski represented Venture Landholdings LLC in the sales transaction.

• 777 Investments LLC., a refractory manufacturer, acquired a 74,220-sf building in Whitmore Lake, MI, from O & S America LLC The structure will house their Michigan manufacturing operation. Edward Wilberding and Peter Rogers represented O & S America LLC in the sales transaction.

• Waste Management of Michigan Inc., a waste services provider, has signed a seven-year lease for 10,450 sf of office space in Wixom, MI. Jeffrey Lemanski represented the landlord, Kojaian Management Corp. in the transaction.

• Asset Acceptance Corp., a debt acquisition and debt management company, has signed a new six-year lease for 48,000 sf of office space, also in Wixom. Lemanski also represented the Kojaian in this transaction.
