The nearly one-acre site at 765 South Circular Road, Islandbridge overlooks the River Liffey and was formerly the home of the pharmaceutical giant¹s Whitehall Laboratories division, which recently vacated the five-building office and retail complex to relocate to M50 Business Park in Ballymount, Dublin 12.

The Zoe Group will convert the listed mill buildings into apartments, and will also redevelop the balance of the site for residential use. The site can accommodate approximately 51 apartments conveniently located for Heuston Station. The surrounding area has seen extensive residential development and is generally perceived as one of the northside¹s premier apartment precincts.

The deal was struck by Ganly Walters, the Irish affiliate of King Sturge Corfac. The instruction came through fellow affiliate the Garibaldi Group which has repeatedly serviced the local, national and international real estate needs of Wyeth (formerly American Home Products) over the years.
