Hayman has provided commercial real estate corporate services nationally since 1965. Services provided include leasing and management for office, industrial and retail properties for institutional and private investors.
Property owner and tenant representation is a key component of this division, company officials say. They also specialize in investment sales of all commercial property types.
"In today's economy we are seeing a larger demand for our corporate real estate services than we have in previous years," says executive vice president Andrew Hayman. "With the overall economy in a recession and the commercial real estate industry doing relatively well many of our clients require high quality real estate services and information in order to make good sound business decisions. Hands-on service is absolutely necessary in order for real estate owners to make quick decisions if the economy begins to shift in a different direction."
Over the years, the company has represented such clients as GE Capital, GeneralMotors, New York Life, Mass Mutual, MONY, MetLife, Travelers and IBM.
